CANCELLATION POLICY
cancellation + rescheduling policy: we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment—whether canceling or rescheduling—be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees. you’re allowed one reschedule with your original deposit; after that, a new deposit will be required to rebook. cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows (arriving more than 15 minutes late), will result in a full charge for the missed service.
